International Trade (2-Year): (BBSIT) - Courses in a college in Dublin Ireland.

International trade is the backbone of our modern, commercial world, as producers across nations try to profit from an expanded market rather than being limiting to selling within their own borders.

DBL College located in the heart of Dublin, Ireland is delighted to offer the following International Trade Course.

This International Trade course is a 2-year FETAC level 5 programme in which candidates learn the important practical skills and knowledge to help them achieve more in the trading workplace and prepare them for further education progression in International Trade and Law.

The course can be divided into 4 main areas:
  • Exploring in detail the practical skills and knowledge needed for working in International Trade and Law, and its importance in our modern society.
  • Learning specialised skills and knowledge of other fields intertwined with International Trade (Accounting and Marketing).
  • Enhancing your workplace skills and knowledge for working in an office environment (Word Processing, Communications, Work Placement Programme).
  • Developing your personal skills and knowledge for the workplace (Personal Effectiveness in the Workplace, English as a Second language).
Business Knowledge and skills developed through this course:
  • International Trade skills & knowledge: Specialised skills and knowledge of International Trade & Business Law, as well as in-depth knowledge and practical skills of Accounting and Marketing Practice.
  • Office Skills: Working effectively on a PC, and in an office environment.
  • Human Resource Skills: Develop personal and practical skills needed for operating in a professional working environment.
