This Business English & Customer Service course is a 1-year LCCI programme
held in our College in Dublin in which the candidate will learn crucial skills and knowledge of communicating
effectively in a service environment and recognising, anticipating and satisfying
customers needs.
This course has two main focuses:
English for Business (Level 3)
This part of the course is designed to help candidates achieve a detailed understanding of English in a business context and to communicate effectively in business situations.
Main areas of study will include:
- Reading and writing of letters, memos etc.
- Speaking within a commercial and business focus with regards to earning a living, trade, etc.
- Listening within a commercial and business focus in relation to personal, travel, work information, etc.
Customer Service (Level 2)
This qualification is designed for students who deal with customers on a daily basis at work and wish to improve their skills and techniques to become more effective.
Main areas of study will include:
- The Customer
- Understanding Customer Service
- The Customer Service Department
- The Product
- Effective & Ineffective Communications
- Handling Complaints
- Customer Service Information
- Stress
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive formally recognised professional LCCI qualifications in both Customer Service & Business English.
