This course is designed for International students in Ireland who wish to enhance their skills for working in the services sector, gain an insight into the world of Customer Service and also improve their standard of English.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive formally recognised professional LCCI qualifications in Business English at Level 3 and in Customer Service at level 2.
Assessments
Both subjects will be assessed via examinations.

An entry-level English examination to be taken and passed for a candidate be allowed entry to this course.
